Before installing the guest add on your have to install the following
yum install gcc make kernel-devel dkms
mount the addon CD image and run
'sh /media/VBOXADDITIONS_1.6.0_30421/VBoxLinuxAdditions.run'
There is some issues with the resolution and mouse integration.
