RED HAT linux 9装完不能启动！

是不是KERNEL 2.4.20-8不支持我的主板顶星 TM-P4T800 ??
1. GRUB 0.93 进去正常，启动出现一大幕文字后(最下一行是什么REALTIME CLOCK 版本号），等一秒钟出来一屏幕的东西，机器死机，键盘的字母灯和SCROLLLOCK灯闪烁。

2. 出来的屏幕内容如下：
