Telnet mail command

I am using telnet to test connectivity and mail delivery of my own domain . Every thing works fine with my user name and password . My request is that i want view sent mails using telnet commands. How can i do that ?

You can use telnet to manually connect to an mail server and use SMTP protocol commands to compose and send an email to a user on that server, but I don't think that it is possible to view messages using telnet. If you want to see the network transactions that take place during an email session, I would suggest using wireshark.
