THE RUMOUR MILL has come up with another tale about a Nokia Linux phone.
The story circulating is that the Nokia N920 could be released with Maemo 6 Linux next year.
What is strange is that the rumours are starting even before Nokia has released its N900 Linux phone. Industry sources claim that the N920 will replace the N900.
Details on the Linux phone specs are thin. There is a leaked photo, but that's not giving much away.
It does look like the new N920 may be equipped with a 4.13-inch capacitive, multitouch screen.
What is perhaps more interesting about the rumours is that, if they are true, it seems that Nokia is committed to bunging Linux into its smartphones.
